Heyigloo is built on a simple promise: your private moments stay private. We do not sell your data, run ads, or share your information with third parties for marketing.

What we collect

• Account information: Email address for login and notifications
• Profile information: Name, avatar — only shared within your igloos
• Content you create: Messages, photos, videos — visible only to your igloo members
• Device information: Push notification token for delivering messages to you
• Usage data: Anonymous crash reports only — no personal data attached

What we do NOT collect

• We do not track you across other apps or websites
• We do not sell your data to advertisers or data brokers
• We do not scan your messages for advertising purposes
• We do not share your data with social networks

How your data is stored

Your content is stored securely on Supabase infrastructure (hosted on AWS). Messages in transit are encrypted using TLS 1.3. You can delete your account and all data at any time from the app.

Who can see your content

Only members of your specific igloos can see content you share. Heyigloo staff do not access your private messages or media except in cases of reported abuse investigations.

Payments

Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers.

Children

Heyigloo is intended for users 13 years and older.

You can request to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time by contacting us at privacy@heyigloo.com.
